OCTTA Weekend Team League

🏓OCTTA is excited to announce the launch of our Weekend Team League, beginning September 12, 2026. Matches will be held every Saturday and Sunday at 5:00 PM for a 4–6 week season, featuring four divisions, sanctioned league competition, and a total prize pool of $3,550

League Type: Sanctioned league using USATT Ratings to determine divisions and player eligibility
Match Format

Each team match will follow an Olympic-style team format:
* Match 1: Singles
* Match 2: Singles
* Match 3: Doubles
* Match 4: Singles
Teams will compete in a best-of-four-match team format. The first team to win three matches wins the team encounter.
🏓Golden Game Tiebreaker🏓

If the team match is tied 2–2, the winner will be decided by a Golden Game, based on the format used by Major League Table Tennis.

* The Golden Game will be played to 5 points.
* Teams will select or designate the eligible player according to league rules.
* The first player to reach 5 points wins the team match.
* The Golden Game will provide an exciting, high-pressure finish to tied team match.
